Adam Kotas: Homily, Feast of the Epiphany 2020
Adam Kotas: Epiphany 2020... Google doesn’t have all the answers...only God does! When you are lost, stop, and ask for directions. Get help. That’s what the three wise men did, they stopped and asked for directions, because they were wise and they wanted to be where Jesus was! They wanted to know how to get to Jesus because Jesus is peace and Jesus is hope. They wanted Jesus. Be wise. Don’t just keep going and going and going faster for going faster won’t help you find your way to Jesus, it will only cause you more problems, only Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life; He is the only sure road to peace! He’s got the answers! He’s got all the answers! Be wise and like the wise men follow the star to Jesus and get what they got once they found him: the Bible says they received great joy! Joy!

Adam Kotas: Reflection: Be HOLY be different as God is holy as God is different. March 27, 2020
Reflection: The word HOLY in Hebrew means different. God is holy meaning God is different and is calling us to be holy. Be ye holy not comfortable, says God. You are called to be holy not comfortable. Here I explain what it means to be holy as God is holy. Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of Hosts - heaven and earth are filled with your glory - filled - filled with the glory of your difference! Your mystery fills the earth. Let’s live in the mystery not in the security. Let’s fill the earth with the holiness of God - the difference of God - by being different- by being holy as our God is holy. And we cry holy, holy, holy! Holy holy holy. Father Adam Kotas, March 27, 2020.
Adam Kotas: He who knows God follows Him; He who loves God serves Him...
Reflection: He who knows God follows Him; He who loves God serves Him... Here I reflect on our call to love God not just follow Him and the evidence of your love for God is if you serve Him and to serve Him is to serve people. I present here Mary as the model of our discipleship who didnt just know God and follow Him but loved God as evidenced by her haste to serve her cousin Elizabeth. Mary, as we all should, didn't just follow God but loved God and this then turned into becoming as she says: "a lowly handmaid/servant of the Lord." Father Adam Kotas April 2020

Reflection: You are in the hands of God. He’s got you. All will be well. I’m praying for you. You are loved. God loves you and I love you and you will be ok. Just wanted to let you know so you can sleep secure in the loving hands of your Father who’s got you in His hands and who will never let go of you and won’t let anything bad happen to you. Father Adam Kotas, April 7, 2020. Clearlake, CA
